Include the rights of the most vulnerable categories, Exclusion and Marginalization:

ANHRE works to recognize the different identities, and identities that may play a role in marginalization based on age, culture, language, religion, gender, ethnicity, disability or on the basis of social status, economic status or educational level. Through its programs, ANHRE develops skills and policies to live in an increasingly diverse world and encourages critical evaluation of social justice issues, moral responsibility and action to address discrimination inequality and social exclusion that give marginalized groups little control over their lives and the resources available.

ANHRE particularly focuses on its strategy to include the rights of vulnerable groups to discrimination, exclusion and marginalization, such as persons with disabilities, refugees, displaced persons, women and the poor.
