Middle East network on innovative teaching and learning- MENIT held a seminar entitled "Innovative pathways in Education: Adult Education for Social Change" on Tuesday 30 September 2014 in Amman- Jordan. The seminar was attended by NGOs, educators, media and senior officials from relevant ministries.

The seminar mainly aimed at reviewing the successful innovative initiatives in the field of adult education and lifelong learning in the region that have been composed by one of MENIT's theme groups.

During the seminar, 4As members presented the initiative as an example of successful practices on Adult Education. The attendees discussed the possibility of generalizing this successful initiatives meanwhile taking into account adapting its characteristics with the educational frameworks.

It is worth mentioning that this seminar was held in cooperation with the German Association for Adult Education (DVV), the Arab Campaign for education for all- ACEA, the Arab Network for civic Education- ANHRE and Youth Educational Development YED
