The Jordanian Network for Education for All Holds Evaluation Meeting to Review Its Experience

The Jordanian Network for Education for All (JNEA) held an evaluation meeting , on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, at the office of the Arab Network for Civic Education (ANHRE), to review its experience in implementing the Education Out Loud (EOL) programme, funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), from July 2025 to date. The meeting was facilitated by Ms. Abeer Darwazeh, the Network’s Coordinator, and aimed to draw lessons learned, assess key achievements and challenges, and identify the Network’s future priorities and strategic directions.

The meeting provided a participatory space for members of the Network’s Secretariat, Board of Directors, and General Assembly to discuss progress across several key areas, including inclusion and gender equality, policy influence and partnership-building, sustainability, and institutional capacity. Participants also explored the factors that contributed to achievements and identified challenges requiring further work and development.

The meeting also focused on identifying lessons that could inform future initiatives and projects, as well as establishing shared priorities for the next phase.

In addition, participants discussed follow-up on education-related recommendations included in the civil society mid-term report on Jordan’s fourth cycle of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR). This involved reviewing priority recommendations and assigning them to Network members according to their expertise and areas of work, with the aim of strengthening coordination and follow-up and advancing efforts to fulfil the right to education.

The meeting reflects the Network’s commitment to strengthening institutional learning, developing its work based on evaluation and evidence, and building a shared vision of future priorities. These efforts support JNEA’s advocacy for equitable, inclusive, and quality education for all.
