INEE members are practitioners working for national and international NGOs and UN agencies, ministry of education and other government personnel, donors, students, teachers, and researchers who voluntarily join in the work related to education in emergencies.

In this context, ANHRE participated in an orientation workshop on INEE Conflict Sensitive (CSE) Education that was conducted by INEE during July 10-13, 2017 in Land-Mark Amman, and Hotel hosted by the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) with participation of INEE national and regional partners. The workshop aimed at promoting and strengthening partnership between all partners on the one hand and between partners and INEE on the other hand in order to extend the range of access CSE practices and principles to of organizations working to provide education in crisis and conflict-affected environments and disseminate them; and provide an opportunity for experience exchange among all organizations that provide education in crisis and conflict-affected environments

The orientation workshop included vital topics on INEE Guidance Note that offers strategies for developing and implementing conflict sensitive education programs and policies. Building upon the INEE Minimum Standards for Education: Preparedness, Response, Recovery, the Guidance Note offers guidance on conflict sensitive education design and delivery at all levels and in all types and phases of conflict. It is a useful tool for practitioners, policy-makers and researchers working in conflict-affected and fragile contexts.

ANHRE will transfer the experience to its members and train them on how to integrate this tool into their learning programs to be sensitive to the conflict, especially in Palestine, Lebanon and Iraq in its 2017 plan.
